Ah. hm. I would take a look at winry's eyes. What direction is she looking in? Left? Right? At the camera? Because right now, she looks to be having a sort of lazy eye syndrome going on. Its all. q _ p; If you cover one eye, she is looking at the camera, while if you cover the other, she is looking to the left.
When drawing a character its best to figure out where they will look beforehand.
Despite this it is a nice piece.
